Effective 30 October 2026

This site is run by Boundless Misfits, Ltd., a Texas corporation doing business as Creative Workforce Foundation.

What the site collects

The Contact form collects your name, email address and message. The Pilots sign-up collects your name, your email address, the pilots you choose and any pilot idea you write. The Companies form collects your company, your name, your email address, the pilots you choose and what the company can contribute. The site collects nothing else: it sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools.

How it is handled

Form entries are received by Netlify, the site’s host, and sent to the Foundation by email. The Foundation uses them only to reply to you or to contact you about the pilot you chose. They are not sold or shared.

Other services the pages use

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page opens. Opening a person’s card on the map loads that person’s photo from the website where it is published. Links to sources and profiles open other websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Removing your information

To have your entries deleted, send a request through the Contact form.
